Developmental Pathways (DP)is seeking a Purchasing Coordinator in ourProgram Quality Department.This role will serve as the subject matter expert for applicable programs and services and serve as the resource/point of contact for complex cases. They will provide support and guidance regarding services provided through the Organized Health Care Delivery System (OHCDS) such as Adaptive Therapeutic Recreation Equipment Specialized Medical Supplies and Equipment. The Purchasing Coordinator will provide support guidance and coordination with vendors contractors and State partners for home and vehicle modification projects. The Purchasing Coordinator will ensure that services and supports identified in the annual service plan are coordinated among various providers for continuity of services and funding for individuals served.
This role offers a 4day 40hour work week MondayThursday and includes the flexibility to work remotely as well as the opportunity to collaborate inperson at our headquarters office in Aurora CO and/or at offsite locations.

Five (5) years of experience in the field of LongTerm Services and Supports(LTSS) which includes Developmental Disabilities; or
Some combination of education and relevant experience appropriate to therequirements of the position
Personal vehicle in good operating condition for use during work as appropriate
Valid Colorado motor vehicle license and proof of motor vehicle insurance
Ability to meet our driving requirements no suspensions/ no more than two tickets in the past three years
Upon request qualifying need and approval driving requirements may be waived in lieu of reliable transportation.
Preferred
One (1) year of experience in developmental disabilities/longterm services and supports
Additional Responsibilities
Complete proper documentation statelevel rule/regulation compliance and other requirements for the fulfillment of purchasing requests/projects
Provide care coordination services and interventions by referring educating negotiating and mediating with the individual and external providers/agencies
Complete accurate case documentation in appropriate tracking and databases; prioritize workload and meets all required timelines
Schedule facilitate document and complete follow up for all required meetings; disseminate updates and obstacles to the necessary parties
Ensure the accuracy and timely entry and distribution of required documentation to all necessary parties including but not limited to providers individuals and family members
Maintain knowledge of state/ federal regulations policies and procedures regarding longterm services and supports Medicaid waiver and state funded programs and other community resources
Provide oversight and coaching to staff and leaders alike regarding technical aspects of supports for people in services ensuring positive outcomes for the Department and people in services
