Job Description

Required Education: Bachelors degree.

  • 48 months of project management experience.

Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months related experience in lieu of the Bachelors degree for a total of 96 months experience.

Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook)
  • Basic data analysis and general understanding of database concepts
  • Ability to organize and work in stressful situations to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing

Certifications:

  • None

Advertised Physical Requirements:

  • Sit for prolonged periods.
  • Communicate effectively and listen.
  • Manual dexterity. Use of a computer.
  • Standard Office Environment.

Departmental Preferences:

  • Masters Degree in Related Field (Special Education Academic Advising etc)
  • Direct experience working with adolescent young adults with disabilities

As Academic Coordinator you will serve as the primary academic point of contact for Sooner Works students faculty and campus partners. You will support our students academic success by developing individual coursework plans coordinating accommodations training faculty and overseeing study hall and academic coaching initiatives. Your leadership will help ensure that Sooner Works students are empowered to reach their academic goals while promoting inclusive teaching and learning practices across campus.
