Amazon Pay is looking for self started Salesforce Developer to join the team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about their work selfmotivated detail oriented and have excellent problemsolving abilities. They will deal with highly ambiguous problems taking responsibility for finding solutions and will drive towards simple solutions to complex problems.
Key job responsibilities
Develop Solutions: Configure and code new and existing Salesforce features including managing users security custom objects page layouts validations flows and integrating with thirdparty applications.
Design Solutions: Act as a strategic technical advisor offering recommendations to promote and accelerate Salesforce adoption across internal teams.
MultiPlatform Solutions: Develop Salesforce solutions using APEX Lightning Web Components Web Services and APIs.
Integration Management: Support integrations between Salesforce backend systems native Salesforce ecosystem tools and AWS technologies.
Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver customized solutions that meet business requirements enhance user experience and create measurable business value.
Requirements Gathering: Assist in analyzing and planning system enhancements by translating business requirements into welldesigned solutions optimized for the Salesforce platform and products.
Process Improvement: Identify innovative opportunities to leverage Salesforce for improving business processes supporting rapid organizational growth and advising when to use configuration custom code or outofthebox solutions.
Governance: Oversee Salesforce support requests and resolve escalated user issues with prompt and complete solutions for technical and business challenges.
Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure alignment with company policies and industry regulations while implementing measures to monitor and improve system oversight continuously.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering MIS or related experience.
35 years of Salesforce development experience using Apex Visualforce Lightning component frameworks triggers batch apex and Salesforce APIs including custombuilt solutions.
35 years of experience in Salesforce point and click configuration using workflows flows validation rules sales process setup roles & profiles reports and dashboards.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines build processes
Salesforce Administrator Certification
Salesforce Platform Developer Certification
Experience with security concepts (authentication authorization encryption digital signature SSL web service proxies firewall SAML 2.0 OAuth 2.0).
Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications using REST and Other APIs.
Experience in writing business requirement documents.
Ability to work in a fastpaced and changing environment.
Ability to work on a diverse team or with a diverse range of coworkers located worldwide.
