As theHead of Property Management & Real Estate Servicesat Dexus youll shape and drive national strategies that elevate property management procurement facilities and customer experience. About You

• 15 years in real estate with extensive experience in property and/or facilities management contract and leasing management procurement and process excellence.
• Strong background in transactions due diligence and governance.
• Proven leadership in building and guiding highperforming teams.
• Skilled communicator with advanced negotiation conflict resolution and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Commercially astute with a customerfirst mindset and a track record of solving complex challenges.
• Confident presenter at board and investor level with the ability to influence outcomes and drive strategic initiatives.
• Agile adaptable and focused on enhancing asset performance and profitability.
