Youll be a member of RealPages Mixed Use division marketing team which focuses on Buildium Propertyware and All Property Management. Were an entrepreneurial group; we operate autonomously like a startup but with the security of a billiondollar company. What youll do:
- As a Senior Product Marketing Manager positioning product launches competitive analysis and packaging is your passion. You are an equal parts driver and collaborator you know when to push and when to listen. At the center of everything is the customer and you put yourself in the customers shoes to develop crystal clear value propositions positioning messaging pricing and packaging.
- Youre coming to Realpages Mixed Use division at an exciting time when growth and scale is at the center of all that we do and youll be part of a team that sits at the intersection of marketing product sales customer support and the market. Youll be charged with crafting the strategy around the messaging and marketing for new launches. This position will report to the Director of Product Marketing.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop product feature and service positioning packaging messaging and supporting documentation for GTM launches.
- Lead gotomarket initiatives customer segmentation and marketing campaigns from conceptualization through execution for new products features and addons.
- Partner with product and engineering in the development of product roadmap and market strategy to establish differentiation in our product offerings and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Develop and implement pricing and packaging strategies to optimize revenue and market penetration.
- Lead analysis of the market customers and competitive landscape that results in actionable insights.
- Develop highimpact content (e.g. sales documentation product videos website copy and other forums) to articulate the benefits of our products to the world.
- Educate our customers expose them to the breadth of our product and help drive feature adoption.
- Speak and present both internally and externally to promote the story of our product.
- Help define new processes and improve existing ones when it comes to working crossfunctionally and executing on gotomarket strategies.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
- 7 years of Product Marketing experience
- Exceptional writing and storytelling capabilities you need to be able to write in laymans terms clearly communicating the unique value proposition for each product in our portfolio
- Experience building positioning packaging and pricing models
- Ability to work in crossfunctional teams across the organization interfacing with marketing product engineering customer success and sales
- Strong strategic and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data and deliver clear actionable insights.
- Experience with a SaaS software company a requirement
- BA but were less concerned with your degree than we are with your experience
