About your new Career:
Summer approaches!And Lewis Apartment Communities is hiring for a parttime POOL ATTENDANT at our upscale community in Antelope CA. As our SeasonalPoolAttendantyou will beresponsible for ensuring proper utilization of the pool and surrounding recreation amenities within the apartment community and assertively enforcing regulations while promoting exceptional customer service to residents and their families.
Some of your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Completing recreation pass checks in pool areas fitness center and clubhouse while verifying each resident is only accompanied by two guests.
- Addressing the behavior of residents and guests that are not following amenity rules pertaining to their apartment lease.
- Observing and patrolling pool amenities and enforcing safety regulations.
- Providing excellent service consistent with community standards.
- Identifying and reporting defects throughout the amenities and notifying supervisors immediately of hazards injuries and/or equipment or processes that negatively affect the operations.
- Ensuring amenity areas are clean and orderly at all times such as pool furniture rearranging cleaning tables trash cleanup etc.
- Complete daily logs and report any incidents trends or safety concerns.
- Reviewing posting content and responding on the communitys online resident portal regarding any pool updates.
- Assisting grounds with trash collection and groundrelated projects as needed.
ADDITIONAL INFO:
This position is parttime and will require working on weekends with days off during the week.
Hours are 12pm8pm with a 30minute lunch THURSSUN.
SALARY
Starting hourly wage is $21.50/hour plus training and more. You must be 18 years of age to apply. These opportunities begin in May and will end at the end of September.
