Position Type:FullTime or PartTime
Bonus:$10000
New Wages:$27.58 $30.58 per hour based on experience
Shift Differential: $5 per hour starting at 7pm
Shifts Available:
- Evenings 3:00pm to 11:00pm (PartTime)
- Nights (NOCS) 7:00pm to 7:00am (FullTime)
- Days 7:00am to 7:00pm (FullTime)
- Develops implements and evaluates resident care plans.
- Recognizes and manages common geriatric conditions.
- Supervises TMAs and Nursing Aides.
- Maintains respectful professional interactions with residents families and staff.
- Administers and monitors medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Manages medication and supply inventory according to policy.
- Documents care using electronic charting systems.
- Communicates significant changes in resident condition to appropriate parties.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Current Minnesota LPN license in good standing.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems effectively.
- Passion for providing quality nursing care to older adults.
