Title: Field Archaeologist
Location: SeattleTacoma
Job Type: Parttime Flex
Whats the Opportunity
Join Anchor QEAs cultural resources team on a parttime flex assignment to augment capacity for field archaeology assignments.
Responsibilities:
This work will include preparing site plans conducting fieldwork (survey and monitoring) and preparing field summary reports.
What Are We Looking For
Ideal candidates will have the following:
- Masters degree (or bachelors degree and 5 years of experience) in anthropology archaeology or a closely related field;
- Credentials that meet Secretary of Interiors Standard for Archaeology and Historic Preservation.
- Experience managing project tasks and as part of field team for cultural resource investigations
- Experience preparing field summaries reports and mapping for archaeological surveys and monitoring.
