We are looking for an experienced Sales Director responsible for driving new sales and revenue growth for the indaHash SelfServe solution. This position is pivotal in shaping and executing effective sales strategies to target global markets.
The role involves a mix of dynamic sales activities including:
- Outbound Sales Activities: Engaging in proactive outreach to potential clients through cold calls emails and other direct communication methods. The focus is on generating new leads and expanding the companys client base.
- Marketing Automation: Utilizing advanced marketing automation tools to streamline and optimise the sales process. This involves setting up and managing campaigns that nurture leads and guide them through the sales funnel.
- CRM Management: Overseeing using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track interactions with potential and existing clients. This includes maintaining accurate records and using CRM data to make informed sales decisions.
- Sales Empowerment: Empowering the sales team with the necessary tools resources and training to enhance their performance and achieve sales targets.
- Lead Generation: Developing and implementing strategies to identify and attract potential clients. This involves understanding market trends identifying target audiences and creating compelling value propositions.

Qualifications:
