Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
System Monitoring & Performance Management:
- Proactively monitor system performance using Grafana and Application Insights to ensure optimal uptime and efficiency.
- Identify and resolve system issues minimizing downtime and performance bottlenecks.
Incident Response & Troubleshooting:
- Participate in incident response and resolution including root cause analysis and postmortem reviews.
- Work closely with development teams to troubleshoot issues optimize application performance and implement best practices for Azurebased applications.
Automation & Optimization:
- Develop and maintain scripts for automation using PowerShell Bash or Python.
- Implement monitoring and alerting enhancements to proactively detect potential issues.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience with Azure Cloud services including networking monitoring and troubleshooting.
Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell Bash Python).
Strong understanding of networking principles & Azure networking services.
Experience with Azure database services (Azure Cosmos DB Azure SQL KQL queries).
Ability to work in a fastpaced highavailability environment and collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
