As Front Desk Manager You Will
- Oversee the daytoday operations of the front desk. Including scheduling staff relations including dealing with staff conflict or issues dealing with guest issues or complaints
- Provide support guidance mentorship coaching to front desk team
- Establish and maintain close working relationships with all departments of the hotel to ensure maximum cooperation productivity morale and guest service
- Update and maintain Corporate and VIP guest profiles contact information rates preferences etc.
- Establish and implement weekly checklists for maintaining cleanliness of front desk lobby kitchen areas to ensure meeting spaces meet hotel standards
- Communicate both verbally and in writing to provide clear direction to staff. Assign and instruct staff in details of work. Observe performance and encourage improvement
- Anticipate guests needs respond promptly to and acknowledge all guests however busy and whatever time of day.
- Be familiar with all Hotel services/features and local attractions/activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately.
- Provide excellent service consistent with propertys core service standards and attributes.
- Develop relationships with clients return guests group contacts etc. to provide maximum personalized guest service.
- Respond to guest service interactions in a professional and timely manner achieving positive resolutions.
- Perform any other jobrelated duties as assigned and required

What You Bring
- Front desk experience in a Hotel environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Internet and Point of Sales systems
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work with competing priorities and deadlines
- Ability to work with minimal supervision while establishing and achieving daily and weekly goals
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data
- Our Front Desk staff will work a variety of shifts including days evenings and weekends as needed
