ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Were offering a limited number of 12month traineeships for motivated individuals looking to get a foot in the door of the IT industry. This is a Monday to Friday role (no shift work or overnight hours) designed to help you build foundational IT skills while providing exceptional support to users.
As a trainee your duties will include:
- Provide firstlevel technical support via phone and email
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT issues with guidance and training
- Log and track service requests using our systems
- Learn to collaborate with technical teams and external service providers
- Help maintain and update knowledgebased articles
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
Were looking for candidates who:
- Have strong communication and problemsolving skills
- Bring a passion for delivering great customer service
- Are team players who stay calm under pressure
- Are available to work fulltime Monday to Friday
- Do not hold an existing qualification in IT this opportunity is ideal for someone new to the industry
Previous customer service experience is a bonus but not essential. More than anything we value your willingness to learn and grow.
