Role Overview

The Master Data Senior Analyst plays a pivotal role in maintaining data integrity and standardization across the ProcuretoPay (P2P) function. Operating within a multinational shared services environment this role ensures the harmonization of master data across key platforms such as Oracle APRO ACIP and Banking. By supporting seamless collaboration with our outsourcing partner (DXC) and enabling efficient automated processes the role underpins the operational effectiveness of the broader P2P landscape.

As part of the European P2P structure the Master Data Senior Analyst serves as a key liaison between operational teams system owners and DXC ensuring that master data is optimized to support integration accurate processing and endtoend process automation across markets.

Reporting directly to the Head of P2P Europe the role demands a blend of analytical expertise meticulous attention to detail and strong stakeholder engagement to drive datadriven excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and govern the P2P master data domain ensuring consistency accuracy and completeness across all relevant systems (Oracle APRO ACIP Banking platforms).
  • Design and implement data validation rules quality controls and governance frameworks to standardize processes across countries and legal entities.
  • Collaborate with internal finance teams IT and DXC to ensure master data aligns with automation and integration requirements.
  • Continuously improve master data maintenance processes to increase reliability scalability and audit readiness.
  • Analyze existing data landscapes identify discrepancies or inefficiencies and lead harmonization efforts.
  • Ensure timely and controlled master data changes with clear accountability and audit trails.
  • Provide insights and reporting on data quality metrics supporting the improvement of endtoend P2P process performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to promote adherence to data standards and foster a datadriven culture across the organization.

  • Languages: Fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus)
  • Key Stakeholders: Finance Teams IT Outsourcing Partner (DXC) Local Market Operations

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors or masters degree in finance Business Information Systems Data Management or a related discipline.
  • Professional certifications in data management governance or ERP platforms (e.g. Oracle) are a strong advantage.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a finance or datacentric role preferably within a shared services or multinational organization.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing master data governance frameworks and driving process standardization.
  • Practical experience with ERP and financial systemsparticularly Oracleand familiarity with automation and digital finance tools.
  • Indepth knowledge of ProcuretoPay (P2P) processes and the critical role of master data quality in operational efficiency.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence crossfunctional teams across Finance IT and thirdparty partners.
