We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is proficient in leveraging the latest recruitment technologies to identify attract and engage toptier global talent. Youll play a pivotal role in driving our recruitment efforts by sourcing and attracting highly qualified candidates for diverse tech positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing endtoend recruitment processes ensuring a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to preonboarding
- Defining the best talent strategies and a tailored approach for the recruitment process
- Collaborating closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure the best hiring outcomes
- Tracking and managing candidate progress through the recruitment pipeline using our ATS (TeamTailor) and other tools
- Continuously improving recruitment processes using the latest tools and industry best practices
What You Bring:
- 2 years of recruitment experience in talent acquisition across international markets
- Experience in sourcing and networking with candidates via multiple professional channels such as LinkedIn GitHub etc
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in multiple positions simultaneously
- Analytical skills with the ability to present market insights that drive and influence decisionmaking
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Proactive selfdriven approach to work
- Fluency in English and Russian
