Quantity Surveyor OCU (Peterborough)
Location: Peterborough UK
Salary: Competitive Company Car or Car Allowance Benefits
Contract Type: Fulltime Permanent
OCU Group is seeking a proactive and detailoriented Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team in Peterborough. Youll play a key role in managing project costs ensuring value for money and supporting the delivery of highquality infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage project budgets and cost plans
- Conduct valuations and manage subcontractor payments
- Monitor project progress and provide financial reports
- Ensure compliance with contractual and commercial requirements
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Proven experience in a similar role ideally within utilities or infrastructure
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
