We have an exciting opportunity for a Valuer to join our market leading Valuation & Advisory team based in our Edinburgh office. We are a professional nimble and collaborative team supporting high profile transactional and advisory projects in Scotland and the rest of the UK. The successful candidate will be a team player and keen collaborator and be involved in the valuation of core commercial assets including retail industrial and offices for lenders investors developers and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct valuations of retail industrial and office related properties in accordance with RICS standards.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver accurate and timely valuation reports.
- Engage with clients maintaining and building strong professional relationships.
- Work as part of a wider multidisciplinary team to provide tailored solutions to complex client needs.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Full membership of RICS (MRICS).
- Experience in commercial property valuation is desirable.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Argus Enterprise is advantageous but training will be provided.
