Financial Services: Here youll contribute to offering flexible financing options that make it feasible for homeowners to embrace renewable energy technologies and make essential upgrades.

Home Services: Help maintain the comfort and functionality of homes with comprehensive coverage plans that protect essential hardware.

As Senior Full Stack Developer for Hometree Finance youll play a key role in evolving our bespoke loan/lease management platform. Youll work across our Python/Django back end and front end delivering scalable highperformance solutions for partners and consumers. In our fastgrowing handson team youll thrive if youre a selfstarter who values quality speed and collaboration.
FullStack Development: Architect and build scalable web applications leveraging Python and Django on the back end alongside and React on the front end.
Clean Code & Performance: Write clean maintainable code develop and document robust RESTful APIs and continuously tune for speed reliability and scalability.
CrossFunctional Collaboration: Partner with Product Account Management and Operations to translate business requirements into clear technical specificationsand ship features rapidly.
Troubleshooting & Support: Proactively identify diagnose and resolve issues across the full stack and provide ongoing maintenance to keep the platform running smoothly.
Automated Testing & QA: Build and maintain comprehensive test suitesunit integration and endtoendand integrate them into our CI pipelines to catch regressions early.
Documentation: Produce and update clear concise documentation for codebases APIs system architectures and operational runbooks.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends evaluate new tools and techniques and recommend changes that boost our applications performance security and usability.
FullStack Expertise (5 years): Proven experience building and shipping endtoend web applications with Python/Django and React/.
Strong Ownership & Autonomy: Takes full responsibility for features and projects thrives with minimal oversight and drives tasks to completion.
Analytical Thinker: Breaks down complex technical challenges troubleshoots effectively and delivers robust scalable solutions.
Meticulous Quality Focus: Writes clean welltested code and maintains clear documentation to ensure reliability and maintainability.

Renewable Energy Background: Proven involvement in renewable energy projects with handson experience addressing the sectors specific demands and opportunities.
StartUp & ScaleUp Agility: Demonstrated success in startup or highgrowth environments thriving on adaptability rapid iteration and handson collaboration.

Technical Discussion (1.5 hrs): A collaborative session with our senior developers where well review your past projects dive into architecture and code scenarios and brainstorm solutions together. Expect an open technical conversationshare your ideas ask questions and help us sketch out potential features.
Values Interview (45 mins): A valuesbased conversation with our Head of Product to explore how your principles align with Hometrees culture and mission.
Final Interview (45 mins): A concluding discussion with the Managing Director of Hometree Finance to tie everything together and discuss next steps.
