Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Concierge Hospitality role located at 600 Brickell Avenue Suite 1500 Miami FL.
Details:
- Company: Ricoh USA
- Contract: 3 Months (Contract to Hire)
- Pay Rate: $22.50/hr
- Shift: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in visitors at the reception desk.
- Monitor incoming facilities requests and process meeting bookings.
- Heavy coordination of catering orders.
- Potential mail and administrative tasks.
- Long periods of standing and walking; occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs. assistance available).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hospitality background is ideal.
- Legal experience is a plus.
