Lead the research assessment and coordination of new product builds as well as the development and enhancement of existing products and services.
Manage and optimize consumerfacing Help Center experiences across the 7Eleven 7NOW and Speedway apps.
Focus on improving customer experience by promoting selfservice agent chat and chatbot channels to convert detractors into promoters.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders and crossfunctional teams (customer support marketing operations UX analytics legal compliance engineering) to align product activities with company goals.
Identify scope and design product strategies and user experiences that enhance customer support and streamline operations.
Gather and analyze feedback from stakeholders market research customer research usability testing and UAT to inform product decisions.
Develop and execute product roadmaps in partnership with senior management ensuring timely and successful launches.
Define project scope schedules lead status meetings provide progress updates and manage project risks and issues.
Create and review product requirement documents wireframes prototypes and specifications for new features and updates.
Engage in product and business discussions contribute to roadmap and product strategy definition.
Hold teams accountable for deliverables remove obstacles and drive continuous process improvement within Agile teams.
