Job Summary (List Format): Service Transformation Consultant
Support strategic planning operational efficiency and financial stewardship across IT and business functions.
Research and evaluate emerging technology trends to optimize hardware/software/applications and maximize IT value.
Provide technical recommendations advice and documentation to management operations and project teams.
Assess current services and technologies recommend improvements and collaborate on development and support paths.
Analyze contract spend develop budget justifications and prepare optimized contractual spend plans.
Create and maintain zerobased budgeting reports and support grantsrelated data collection and analysis.
Communicate and interpret operational guidelines and policies to clients enhancing departmental business processes.
Assist in project planning scheduling estimation and change management processes.
Track and report on project status issues risks and ensure client satisfaction.
Lead or support digital transformation automation and integration initiatives especially in finance and procurement.
Mentor and support IT and business teams in adopting new digital tools and best practices.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including finance procurement legal and executive management.
Prepare clear documentation user guides and technical reports for varied stakeholders.
Ensure technical solutions align with business needs regulatory requirements and drive measurable outcomes (e.g. cost savings transparency).
