Position : Property Management Leader
Work Hours : Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm (with weekends off but oncall for emergencies)
Timezone : Pacific Time / Los Angeles Time
Salary Range : $1500 $2000 per month (depending on experience)

The Company is a real estate investment fund with a strong focus on property management specifically managing shortterm rentals (Airbnb VRBO) and some longterm rental properties.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Property Management Leader to oversee and empower our virtual property management team ensuring operational excellence and highquality customer service. The ideal candidate will be a skilled manager with a strong background in customer service KPIs and team empowerment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage a team of 3 virtual property managers based in the Philippines
- Oversee the operations of shortterm rentals (Airbnb VRBO) and some longterm tenants
- Empower and delegate tasks to your team to ensure smooth operations and consistent performance
- Set and track KPIs for the team focusing on key metrics like occupancy rates guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Monitor performance metrics including guest reviews booking rates and revenue and drive continuous improvement
- Handle customer inquiries complaints and concerns with professionalism and efficiency
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational processes and enhance guest experience
- Use tools such as Notion Excel/Airtable/Google Sheets for team management and performance tracking
- Maintain and manage all operational reports dashboards and performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with property management regulations and industry standards
- Provide oncall support for urgent issues and emergencies outside regular business hours
QUALIFICATIONS
- Managerial Experience (MustHave): Proven experience managing virtual teams including delegating tasks providing feedback and driving performance improvement.
- Customer Service/Success Background: Ability to maintain excellent customer relationships and address customer inquiries and issues effectively.
- Analytical Skills: Experience in tracking and reporting on key performance metrics (KPIs) and creating dashboards to measure team success.
- Operational Excellence: Ability to identify inefficiencies and propose strategies to streamline processes and improve operations.
- Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with tools such as Notion Excel Airtable or Google Sheets to track tasks KPIs and operational data.
- Property Management Experience (Preferred but Not Required): Previous experience in property management particularly with shortterm rentals is an advantage.
