Job Description

Summary:

On behalf of our client we are looking for an experienced Human Resources Officer to support core HR functions including recruitment onboarding employee relations and policy implementation. The ideal candidate will ensure HR operations run smoothly and in compliance with labor law and company standards.



Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Handling recruiting hiring and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
  • Managing leaves attendance and time management for all staff.
  • Monitoring employee s performance.
  • Preparation of payroll.
  • Making sure that all employees adhere to rules and regulations imposed by the company.
  • Follow up on Social Security Municipality and other official parties.
  • Dealing with all disciplinary matters regarding the employees

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
