Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Achieve Team Revenue Targets: Lead your team to consistently meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue goals.
2. TeamBuilding & Management: Recruit hire and train a highperforming team of Admission Advisors. Provide ongoing coaching mentorship and performance management.
3. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive conversions and maximize revenue generation.
4. Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
5. Support & Guidance: Provide your team with the necessary resources tools and support to excel in their roles.
6. Collaboration & Alignment: Work closely with higher management marketing and other departments to ensure alignment and achieve company objectives.

1. Proven Leadership: 3 years of experience in sales team management preferably in a fastpaced startup environment
2. TargetDriven: A strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
3. Aggressive Approach: Possess a proactive and resultsoriented mindset with a hunger to succeed.
4. ProblemSolving & Initiative: Ability to identify challenges develop solutions and take initiative to drive improvements.
5. Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
6. EdTech/Study Abroad Experience: Prior experience in studying abroad or in the edtech industry is a significant advantage.

Requirements: Excellent oral and written communication skills Be a good listener 1+ years of overseas education experience. Well-versed with counseling and processes for admissions for USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc Willingness to learn and be humble Graduation/ Masters in Counselling or psychology will be an advantage
