Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are seeking a Senior Azure AI Architect (Angular and Python) to join our team to lead the design and implementation of a scalable endtoend architecture for a client s nextgeneration application. This role will encompass API integration frontend UI development (Angular) backend services and FTPbased artifact storage all while ensuring seamless integration with legacy systems. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in cloudnative architectures system integration and crossfunctional solution planning.
Responsibilities:
Technical Architecture & Leadership:
- Lead the overall technical design strategy ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering product and business teams to design scalable and maintainable architecture.
Solution & Integration Design:
- Define the endtoend system architecture including data models API strategy backend services and AI components.
- Analyze feasibility and constraints providing actionable recommendations and architectural tradeoffs.
- Ensure seamless integration with existing systems with clear mapping and transformation strategies for data flows.
Document & Data Management
- Develop a strategy for secure efficient PDF/document storage and retrieval.
- Create a highlevel plan for data migration with minimal impact on live operations.
Backlog and Delivery Development:
- Contribute to the technical backlog identifying dependencies and phasing strategies.
- Work closely with project management to prioritize features and tasks aligned with key milestones.
Future phase planning:
- Assess technical readiness for future phases identifying risks and dependencies.
- Provide architectural guidance to inform roadmap planning and system scalability.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Solution or Systems Architect for complex applications
- Expertise in cloud architecture (Azure preferred)
- Strong background in API design data modeling and system integration
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts (NLP indexing search and AI Foundry tools)
- Experience with document management strategies
- Solid understanding of nonfunctional requirements (performance scalability security)
Handson development experience with:
- Angular (frontend)
- Python
- JavaScript /
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with legacy system modernization.
- Experience with FTPbased or other filebased artifact storage and access patterns.
- Exposure to enterpriselevel data migration strategies.
