Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1st/2ndline IT support (hardware/software troubleshooting).
- Manage Windows OS Active Directory GPOs and Office 365.
- Support mobile devices (iOS/Android) via MDM solutions.
- Resolve tickets within SLAs and assist with PC deployments.
- Occasional afterhours/weekend support (projects/emergencies).
Requirements
- Bachelor s in IT/Computer Science (or related field).
- 2 years in IT support/helpdesk roles.
- Windows OS Active Directory O365 ticketing systems.
- CompTIA A or MCP certification.
- Fluent French and English (written/spoken).
- Experience with MDM encryption remote support tools.
