Data Entry Specialist Join Our Team!
Are you a precisiondriven individual who enjoys organizing data and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes Were looking for a Data Entry Specialist to support our operations with accuracy efficiency and a proactive mindset.
What Youll Do:
- Enter verify and correct data from various source documents
- Maintain detailed logs of completed work and activities
- Use Excel Word Outlook and scanning equipment daily
- Identify and report data inconsistencies or errors
- Store completed documents in appropriate locations
- Operate standard office equipment (scanners printers phone systems)
- Perform other administrative duties as needed
What You Bring:
- Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills
- Excellent reading comprehension and administrative capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word and Outlook
- Experience with 10key entry and spreadsheet software
- Ability to work independently and stay focused
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Pay Range:
- $15.50 to $18.00 per hour depending on experience
Parttime position with high potential to become fulltime based on your qualifications and capabilities.
