We are seeking a detailoriented and proactive Advertising Coordinator to join our team in Austin TX. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning executing and managing advertising campaigns across print digital and outdoor platforms. Responsibilities
Assist in the development and implementation of advertising campaigns.
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of ad materials.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare detailed reports.
Maintain accurate records of advertising schedules budgets and deadlines.
Proofread and review ad content to ensure quality and brand consistency.
Support the marketing team in evaluating campaign results and suggesting improvements
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Advertising Communications or a related field.
12 years of experience in an advertising marketing or coordination role.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
