Job Description
Location: Chicago or New York (Hybrid/Onsite as needed)
Duration: 40 hrs/week from early June 2026 to midOctober.
Salary: $80/hr

Were looking for a senior brand marketer to join a worldclass team supporting our clients 360 degree campaigns. Youll collaborate closely with internal teams and agency partners to deliver engaging insightdriven advertising across TV/OLV social radio and more. This is the perfect role for someone who thrives in creative development knows how to drive integrated campaigns and is passionate about elevating a brand.
Lead Creative Development: Write and deliver compelling creative briefs that guide development of TV/OLV (12 animatics) paid social and radio campaignsfrom concept through preproduction.
Shape Brand Messaging: Translate complex business objectives and insights into clear motivating brand and benefitled messaging strategies for all consumer facing campaigns.
Drive Integrated Campaign Execution: Manage production and implementation of advertising and content tactics across integrated channels spanning video digital mobile social print audio out of home
Steward Brand Standards: Ensure all work aligns with clients brand purpose strategy and voicesupporting consistent brand stewardship across initiatives.
Leverage Consumer Insights: Partner with research teams to uncover audience insights guide creative testing and refine messaging based on data.
Ensure Compliance & Budget Discipline: Manage campaign budgets and timelines while ensuring all work meets legal compliance and governance requirements.
Qualifications :
57 years of marketing experience with demonstrated time in marketing communications/brand and advertising execution roles; preferably working in or directly with advertising agencies
Prior experience in an ad agency or internal brand/advertising function required.
Exceptional creative brief writing and campaign development skills.
Strong ability to distill insights into motivating creative direction.
Solid understanding of video digital and paid social production.
Highly collaborative with strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Proven project management and budgeting skills in fastpaced environments.
