Who are we looking for
We envision youll have:
- A wealth of experience in learning & development organisational capability or a related field
- A strategic mindset with the ability to link development initiatives to business and workforce strategy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills enabling you to build relationships and engage stakeholders effectively
- A relevant qualification (organisational development psychology HR education etc) is ideal but not essential.
