Who are we looking for

We envision youll have:

  • A wealth of experience in learning & development organisational capability or a related field
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to link development initiatives to business and workforce strategy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills enabling you to build relationships and engage stakeholders effectively
  • A relevant qualification (organisational development psychology HR education etc) is ideal but not essential.
