Job Description
As a Hotel Staff you will help our customers check in on arrival and support in resolving any issues they may have during their stay. Youll be joining a fun and inclusive team where you can grow and strengthen your skills and experience.
Qualifications :
As a Hotel Staff you will...
- Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit
- Meet and greet our customers and check them into their hotel room upon arrival
- Answer telephone enquiries and deal with customer complaints to ensure everyone enjoys their stay
- Make sure the front of house is always safe legal and clean and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible
What youll bring

- Have a great eye for detail making sure every pint is poured to perfection
- A passion for giving great service and making sure every customer receives a warm welcome
