Be responsible for defining achieving objectives and auditing the performance of all Order To Cash processes. Responsible for assessing risks ensuring business alignment defining and validating requirements with management as well as defining processes and change management. Lead and coordinate the Group GKU IT functions. Supervise communication identify documentary and training needs and ensure knowledge maintenance by identifying and involving the necessary actors and resources. Be responsible for the governance of the OTC flow in line with the companys strategy and the obligations of the authorities.
Adapt the Groups policies methods and systems to achieve the objectives of the process whilst meeting business/commercial need.
Be responsible for managing the risks associated with the implementation of new features or organizational and operational changes.
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
During the project (BUILD phase):
- Manages the challenges of harmonization at Group level simplification data quality performance in relation to local specificities
- Gap analysis
- Makes quick decisions around business processes and rules (design phase)
- Ensures consistency of decision and therefore minimal change in requirements
- Manage and lead change: communication training monitoring impact analysis and standard operating procedure
- Takes into account IT feasibility constraints to ensure prioritization and choices within project constraints in terms of quality cost and deadlines
During the routine mode (RUN phase):
- Ensures the use adoption performance measurement of data quality auditing and harmonization of the solution
- Ensures continuous improvement: Identifies improvements and opportunities based on business needs and defines relevant business cases leading to new projects
- Maintains leads and integrates the GKU (Group Key User) network
- Provides and supports continuous change management
- Seeks a shared alignment and evaluates if necessary consults with Group function directors country director plant manager other BPOs and the IT department. In the event of disagreement assesses the need for arbitration by the Leadcom member to whom he or she belongs.

Qualifications :
- 10 years of experience in distribution (logistics and B2C trade) and management in a multinational/complex environment
- Open resultsoriented work style
- Strong organizational skills: project management multitasking
- English C1/C2
