Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all financial reporting budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards internal controls and best practices.
- Conduct financial analysis to provide strategic insights for leadership.
- Oversee cash flow management tax planning regulatory reporting and audit coordination.
- Guide mentor and develop a highperforming finance team.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field; CPA or CMA required.
- Proven experience in financial management ideally in real estate or development.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations budgeting and cost management.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
