You will be empowered to support the Category and Commercial Management Team in foodpanda Philippines
The role requires to drive development growth & day to day operations for the fresh & frozen category portfolio at PandaMart this will include:
Category Development: Be the voice of the consumer be on top of Industry & Market Knowledge & consumer understanding of what customers buy and why. Develop category assortment in alignment with consumer needs and PandaMart strategy
Range development: Expand categories basis selection requirement.
Engaging with external stakeholders: meeting suppliers and onboarding new suppliers for PandaMart
Category profitability & Growth: Plan; deliver on growth (Volume Value) in alignment with Internal Category teams
Work with the commercial teams to drive discovery traffic & conversion
Support the Category Managers and work closely with Business and Finance to manage portfolio pricing
Inventory Management: Work closely with category & sourcing teams to ensure stock availability and managing wastage
Other adhoc tasks that may be assigned by your supervisor
Qualifications :
Pursuing graduation in Business Marketing Management Engineering or equivalent
Proficiency in using MS and Google applications and relevant reports as well as analytics tools will be an advantage
Good written verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Good analytical and research capabilities.
Ability to take the initiative and drive for results.
Working well in a team environment is imperative in this role.
Internship must be an academic requirement
