Job Description
As (Demi) Chef de Partie you will be responsible for overseeing assigned partie to ensure consistency of preparation and product quality. You will supervise the assigned station and colleagues concerning the quality of food products and preparations according to the predefined quality standards.
As Chef de Partie you will be responsible for the following:
- Making sure the day to day operation is running smoothly in your section
- Training colleagues concerning product knowledge preparation and presentation of dishes
- Following the recipes and taking into account waste management and breakage
- Ensuring that all stations are clean and tidy at all times and that all colleagues work according to hygiene and health & safety standards
Qualifications :
- Creativity a handson mentality and eagerness to exceed expectations
- Knowledge of kitchen hygiene activities and health and safety standards
- Great passion for cooking and for delivering a special guest experience
- Knowledge of the latest food trends and the ability to apply the developments in your work
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in the English language Dutch is a plus.
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn new things
