Job Description
What will I get out of the Graduate Program
- You will work as part of the onfarm and corporate teams on daytoday farming activities and real projects whilst receiving on the job coaching training and mentorship.
- You will gain exposure to different production regions farming systems and corporate administration. This exposure will provide you with a detailed understanding of how large scale national corporate agricultural businesses are structured and operate.
- You will be a fulltime employee (on a maximumterm contract) and paid a competitive salary. Upon the completion of the graduate program graduates will be eligible to apply for permanent roles within the business.

Am I eligible to apply for the Graduate Program
To qualify for the Graduate Program you must be in your final year (or have recently completed over the past 2 years) of tertiary studies at a Certificate IV Diploma Bachelor or Masters level from an accredited Australian or New Zealand educational institution. Although not limited to we encourage students who are enrolled in the following qualifications to apply:
- Agriculture
- Agricultural Science
- Farm Management
- Agribusiness
- Agronomy
- Commerce/Business (with an interest in Agriculture).
You will be required to meet residency requirements by holding Australian/New Zealand Citizenship or a valid Australian Permanent Resident Visa.

Please note you must be ready willing and available to commence the Graduate Program in lateJanuary 2026 for a one week induction program at our corporate office based in Melbourne. New Zealand applicants must be ready and willing to relocate to Australia for the 2 year program although we may consider one placement to be in New Zealand dependant on company preference and availability.
