Job Description
What you get to do in this role:
- Manage and grow the ServiceNow Partners LinkedIn page including planning creating and publishing content to drive engagement and community growth.
- Own the relationship with the email marketing team coordinating campaign requests and ensuring alignment with broader partner communications.
- Support the development and execution of partner communication plans including writing and editing emails newsletters social posts and internal updates.
- Coordinate crossfunctional communications working closely with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Track and report on key metrics to assess the impact of communications and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and partner communications.
Qualifications :
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging content for multiple platforms.
- Experience managing social media channels especially LinkedIn including content planning and performance analysis.
- Basic project management skills including the ability to prioritize tasks meet deadlines and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Suite Canva and email marketing platforms is a plus.
- A proactive cando attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges.
- A bachelors degree in marketing communications public relations or a related field with 13 years of relevant experience.
