Job Description
- Create highquality graphics layouts and visualizations for urban planning real estate and facility management projects.
- Design professional proposals presentations and reports that clearly communicate complex ideas to clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with planners consultants and project managers to translate concepts into effective visual formats.
- Maintain consistent branding and visual identity across all materials.
- Support marketing and business development efforts through visually impactful bid and tender submissions.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in graphic design preferably in architecture urban planning or related fields.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign Illustrator Photoshop); familiarity with mapping tools or CAD software is a plus.
- Strong layout typography and visual storytelling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail.
- Portfolio demonstrating relevant design work.
- Leverage AI graphic design tools and image generators for the above.
