Job Description
- Leading the preparation of cost estimates budgets and financial forecasts for projects conducting cost analysis and managing procurement processes.
- Conducting thorough cost analysis and risk assessments to advise on project feasibility and manage financial risks
- Managing procurement processes including tendering and contract management and overseeing project progress and cost variations.
- Collaborating with project teams working alongside cost management team
- Review and verify the basis of cost estimate identify the gaps between the basis and estimate deliverables including all the enquiry MTO and factors Overseeing project progress and evaluating cost variations to maintain financial control and ensure projects stay within budget
- Perform conceptual cost estimates early in project engagement
- Preparing and reviewing tender documents analyzing contractor bids and negotiating contracts.
- Identifying and managing project risks including financial risks delays and disputes
Qualifications :
- Degree in Quantity Surveying Cost Management/Engineering or equivalent
- Excellent in both CSA and MEP costing with experience in a cost consultancy
- 10 years working experience in cost management specializing in cost estimating preferably with data centre experience
- Experience in delivering projects with international clients is preferable
- Familiar with Building Information Modeling (BIM) for costing purpose ( X etc.)
- Strong analytical skills on cost management
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Team player with excellent leadership and problem solving skills
