Job Description
The Quality Engineering & Platform Operations (QEPO) at IFS ensures toptier quality tooling & reporting and infrastructure across R&D. Our mission is to drive software quality through robust tooling innovative testing and advanced automation. We enable the R&D teams to improve software reliability and efficiency.
We are seeking a resultsdriven Senior Program Manager to lead key initiatives on the DevOps side of our Quality Engineering & Platform Operations Team. This individual will play a pivotal role in orchestrating strategic programs that enable R&D teams to deliver highquality software through reliable environments seamless CI/CD and scalable automation.
As a Senior Program Manager you will work closely with engineering leadership DevOps engineers QA and development teams to drive infrastructure and automation programs that enhance software delivery reliability and quality at scale. You will also be guiding and leading the team responsible for ensuring the stability reliability and scalability of central sanity development deployment and test environments across R&D.
The ideal candidate must possess the ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams offer guidance and direction to team members and demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills. Additionally they should excel in managing change and have a proven capability to prioritize tasks negotiate effectively and resolve conflicts efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Lead DevOps programs that span environment management CI/CD pipelines automation and chaos engineering integration.
Collaborate with DevOps engineers to drive the setup and maintenance of robust scalable and automated environments across multiple R&D projects and various other DevOps initiatives.
Own project planning execution tracking and delivery for different initiatives in the team
Convert investment cases into action plans and clear direction to the team.
Drive standardization and process improvement across environment provisioning deployment pipelines and system observability.
Coordinate with crossfunctional teams for alignment.
Ensure continuous communication and visibility across all levels of stakeholders through reports dashboards and regular updates.
Manage crossteam dependencies and risks and take proactive mitigation actions.
Foster a collaborative work environment promoting effective teamwork across all levels of the organization.
Qualifications :
To be a successful Senior Program Manager at IFS having a positive attitude and a cando mindset is key. We expect you to think outside the box and be a front runner when it comes to challenging the status quo in the strive for improvements. We are looking for people with:
University degree or equivalent professional qualifications.
Professional qualifications in project management would be a definite advantage.
Sufficient experience in technical program management preferably in software infrastructure DevOps or R&D enablement.
Understanding the tools and technologies such as Git Jenkins Docker Kubernetes Terraform or similar.
Proven ability to lead complex crossfunctional technical programs from planning to delivery with a track record of driving impact.
Solid understanding of infrastructure automation CI/CD tools and environment provisioning in cloudnative environments.
Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to make sound decisions and garner stakeholder support.
Ability to stay focused goaldriven and provide leadership in ambiguous situations.
Comfortable working in fastpaced evolving environments with demonstrated flexibility in the face of organizational change.
Experience with release management processes from a platform or infrastructure perspective including artifact promotion deployment validation and production readiness checks would be an added advantage.
Proficiency in Jira and Confluence is an added advantage.
