Key Responsibilities
- Provide handson proactive IT support and coordination to users on local and global initiatives
- Excel in first class customer centric service and communications to users in Greece
- Establish and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for standardization and simplification
- Continuously seek to improve service to the client
DaytoDay Activities
- Coordinate the local IT Support agent(s) in collaboration with the IT Manager and provide support on technical tasks as required
- Manage local&global IT change initiatives in collaboration with the IT Manager
- Ensure compliance with Syngenta IT standards and policies with special focus on security (cybersecurity IT Asset Management)
- Ensure transparent communication to local stakeholders on issues and future changes
- Manage local vendorrelated tasks such IT vendor management&relationships IT Purchase Orders contracts and invoices in collaboration with the IT Manager
Qualifications :
Essential:
- 35 years of work experience in Information Technology ideally on infrastructurerelated topics
- Experience in supporting and possibly leading IT projects
- Technical knowledge of IT infrastructure and end user computing technology
- Working knowledge of how an IT service organization operates
- Fluency in Greek and English languages (both written and spoken) is a must
