Position Summary: The Early Career Program Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the operations logistics and communication efforts across HUBs early career initiatives including the HUB Internship Program the Grow with HUB Apprenticeship Program and the 18Month Early Career Associate Program. Reporting to the Senior Director of Early Career Programs this role works closely with Program Managers to ensure seamless execution strong participant engagement and alignment with HUBs early talent development goals.
