Job Description

Trade Marketing Knowledge and Capability

Develop and execute the Trade Marketing Plan in line with sales and marketing objectives utilizing trade and marketing experience to recommend best tradeled activities.

Recommend and support trade activity proposals with commercial backing pushing the brand guidelines whilst protecting the brand image.

Create and develop all channels of communication that contribute to the timely execution of Red Bull initiatives at internal trade or shopper level.

Manage the Trade Marketing budget.

Alignment and Coordination of Sales and Marketing Activation Programs

Through personal and electronic communication educate orientate and utilize the brand team to deliver through the line activity in store. The country marketing plan should be translated into sales strategy.

Collaborate closely with the DP sales team (Key Accounts and Trade Marketing) to advise give guidance on all accounts and lead channelspecific marketing strategies and activation programs to improve brand visibility. Exchange ideas between Marketing and DP teams proactively and challenge traditions.

Define the Perfect Store by channel for your market using the International Model marketing activity. Visit the point of sales regularly to ensure that the brand is visible and global guidelines are respected.

Establish an internal network with all departments necessary for efficient working Communications Brand Sales Finance teams.

Support the alignment across customers and channels in regard to trade marketing activities.

POS Tools Implementation and Development/Adaptation

Must adhere to the following principles and appropriately represent the brand (e.g. creative and innovative); meet country needs and objectives by being financially viable; ensure national POS is developed only when international material is not appropriate and a clear commercial benefit is recognized.

Business Insights

Data analysis to identify opportunities and challenges. Quantify the opportunities. Prioritize and provide solutions to overcome the challenge or maximize the opportunity.

Identify develop and implement necessary processes to enhance sales business performance.

Build the data platform necessary to run analysis and generate insight directly manage data providers.

Sales development analysis (by customer by channel by distribution point etc.)

Customer performance in all sales fundamentals.

Channel specific strategies and tools/tactics (Retail Impulse C&C etc.)

Promotional evaluation.

Business planning.

 

Category Management

Run Category Management activation programs with the identified top customers to improve brand visibility.

Together with the Distribution Partner build relationships with all relevant stakeholders of the customer. Attend face to face meetings with the customer to present and work with them to improve the performance of the category in their stores and to identify together new revenue opportunities.

Interpret the available data and shopper insight to come up with a tailored action plan that will grow category turnover with that customer.

For nontop customers provide initiatives and support to the Distribution Partner Key Account Managers so they are able to implement them themselves.

 

Single Point of Contact for Reporting to International Off Premise Trade Team

Manage all the international requests of data sharing and local implementation of international tools.

Monthly fillin of International Dashboard with market data.

Organization and followup of the wave of store audits in the local market.

Implementation of global tools (for instore material creation elaboration of planograms evaluation of promotion efficiency etc.)


Qualifications :

13yrs experience in FMCG sector ideally in Trade Category or Key Account field.

Clear understanding of markets sales and distribution competitor activity consumer and shopper behavior category management and business insights in the FMCG context.

Leadership motivation and team skills.

Strong analytical ability and commercial acumen to understand financial statements and market trends.

Strategic thinking able to lead the sales strategy.


Additional Information :

University degree (Business Marketing or similar studies preferred).

Fluency in local language and business English (written and spoken).

MS Office literate (Word Excel PowerPoint).

Military service completed.
