The manager is imposed with the following functions:
1) the organization of the operational support for the activities of the School the recruitment of students the organization of the seminars for faculty and students of the School as well as other activities related to the academic activities of the School;
2) assistance in the evaluation of academic programs;
3) advising new employees and faculty within competence;
4) participation in the preparation of the timetable cooperation with the office of the Registrar assistance in the preparation of academic calendars;
5) participation in the new students recruitment selection and placement;
6) provision of statistical reports on students programs/courses within the jurisdiction analysis of the results;
7) upon the request providing the Vice Dean and Director for Academic and Student Affairs with reports on the work done;
8) interaction with the Admissions Department for the recruitment and admission of students to the Institution including the provision of consultations on the academic programs the procedure for admission and deadlines for the submission of documents participation in recruiting campaigns preparation of handouts;
9) assistance in organizing meetings maintaining minutes collecting and processing evaluation forms of the candidates and preparing letters of invitation for admission and letters of rejection.
10) assistance in the work of the Student Trip Funding Committee;
11) assistance in the work of Ph.D. students within graduate faculty;
12) participation in the identification evaluation management and monitoring of risks within the framework of supervised direction;
13) timely and proper fulfillment of other orders of the Dean Vice Dean Head and the University management within the framework of his/her responsibilities and powers.
Qualifications :
Education
Higherprofessional preferable from the higher education institutions with English language of instruction.

Work experience
For a masters degree at least 1 year of work experience in areas corresponding to the functional areas of a particular position;
With a bachelors or specialists degree work experience in the specialty is at least 3 years in the areas corresponding to the functional areas of a particular position in international and/or national companies.
Experience in an international team is desirable
