Job Description

 Join the dynamic team at the Salomon Performance Center!

If you are detailoriented solutiondriven multitasking organized and comfortable with analyzing numbers and KPIs this position is for you.

We are looking for a Sales & Operations Coordinator (W/M) to lead and coordinate all commercial operations events and administrative tasks at the Salomon Performance Center. In this essential role you will act as the interface between our onfield teams and our partners. The Salomon Performance Center is a center of excellence dedicated to establishing partnerships with professionals and institutions in the sector thereby promoting the exchange of knowledge and expertise.

 Main Missions:

  • Commercial Support: You strengthen our relationships with clients both professional and institutional by being their point of contact.
  • Management of Sales Tools: You update and exploit our databases to optimize our internal systems.
  • Sales Support: You support sales through B2B and D2C channels by ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Logistics and Orders: You manage order entry delivery tracking and invoicing across multiple networks.
  • Administrative and Financial Oversight: You perform account reconciliations invoicing and ensure efficient collections.
  • Budget Management: You oversee compliance with allocated budgets for ambassadors clubs and athletes ensuring correct distribution of products and equipment.
  • Sales Analysis and Forecasting: You assess sales performance and propose strategic recommendations.
  • Event Management: You supervise Salomons presence at key trade shows and events.
  • International Communication: You disseminate crucial information to our subsidiaries in multiple countries.
  • CrossProject Management: You lead projects related to the evolution of our business.

Qualifications :

Your Profile:

 Education:

  • Bachelors degree (Bac3) to Masters degree (Bac5) in Business Marketing or Management.

 Experience:

  • 5 years of experience in a commercial or outdoor sports/industry environment.
  • Desired experience in the alpine or Nordic racing sector.
  • Passionate about winter sports with a solid understanding of the market.
  • Excellent communicator comfortable in presentations and able to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Resultsoriented with a proactive approach to your tasks.

 IT Skills:

  • Microsoft Office: Advanced Excel.
  • SAP: essential.

 Language:

  • Proficiency in English (oral and written).

 CrossFunctional Skills:

  • Operational Results: Set ambitious goals and be proactive in achieving them.
  • Customer Service: Understand and respond to the needs of internal/external clients.
  • Teamwork: Promote the sharing of information and team spirit.
