About Engineering at Tink
Connectivity teams create software agents integrating data from 3400 financial institutions. They ultimately focus on continual service improvements and enable realtime transactions and payment processing all around Europe and provide seamless authentication flows. Tink as one of the first companies in Europe to initiate payments through open banking so daytoday work often means solving problems for which theres no blueprint. While Aggregation stores refreshes and displays aggregated data from the thousands of financial institutions we connect to. With this data we build products and APIs to solve problems like account aggregation account verification balance checks and we support other Tink products.

As an Engineering Manager at Tink your primary role involves fostering highperforming engaged and content teams that are continually learning. Your focus will be on developing superior products of exceptional quality with the ultimate goal of ensuring our customers success.
What you will do
- Be responsible for the overall delivery and quality delivered by your team. You will enable the team to reach their targets by removing impediments clarifying goals and fostering ownership and accountability.
- Own the teams overall planning execution and success of complex technical projects crossproduct teams.
- Work closely with product management to ensure were building products in the best way and to deliver on customer commitments and targets.
- Setting clear priorities and providing leadership in a fastpaced and innovative environment.
- Work on discovery investigating and trying out new solutions with the team.
- Grow your direct reports professionally so they can have a larger impact and drive more complex initiatives.
- Being datadriven and always seeking new ways of improving your services.
- Actively support recruitment and onboarding of new employees.

We are looking for an Engineering Manager who has a solid technical background a business oriented mindset and sees the link between engineering and product development. Someone who is great at managing change and changing priorities a person who can take ownership over the full delivery and the development of their team.
We would like you to have
- Deep technical knowledge and previous experience from an engineering position.
- Experience from an Engineering Manager position leading a high performing engineering team.
- A track record of operational excellence and have led a change initiative for example taking a project or team from A to B.
- Solid experience from working in an agile development environment preferably from a fintech/payments industry.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills along with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Reporting to Senior Engineering Manager this role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact in our organization future growth and drive the success of our engineering teams. If you are a motivated and experienced leader we would love to hear from you.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications :
