Are you a fresh graduate with strong communication skills curious about the world of data and brands and ready to make an impact At NIQ were looking for energetic motivated individuals to join our Customer Support teamwhere your ideas matter and your growth is our priority.
This role is all about creating great customer experiences helping clients solve problems and making sure they get the best out of our data tools and platforms. Youll work closely with teams across the businessfrom Sales to Operationswhile learning how the biggest global brands use insights to grow.
What Youll Do:
Help clients by responding to their questions via our online support platform
Keep customers informed about product updates and key changes
Create and update knowledge articles to support our clients and internal teams
Learn and use our internal tools like Microsoft Dynamics and NIQs data platforms
Track and report performance metrics to keep our support services sharp
Work with international teams to handle support requests and improve customer satisfaction
What Were Looking For:
Fresh graduates or earlycareer professionals (02 year experience)
Bachelors degree in Marketing Economics Business or a related field
Strong communication skills (both English and local language)
Comfortable using Excel and digital tools
Curious proactive and eager to learn
Basic understanding of statistics or data is a plusbut not required
