You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Product & Customer Learning Consultant is a professional training role accountable for delivering instructional operational product and customerbased training programs to internal team members customers and their suppliers. You will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging learning experiences for inclass and virtual environments in an effort to support Assents products services and technologies.
Training Design & Content Development
Develop training materials such as learning plans courses slide decks participant guides videos and tip sheets ensuring clarity engagement and instructional effectiveness.
Apply instructional design best practices and adult learning principles to create impactful scalable learning experiences.
Gather and curate source materials from approved resources to ensure consistency in training content.
Work with subject matter experts to translate complex technical content into accessible training materials for diverse learning modalities including inperson virtual instructorled and selfpaced courses.
Refine and edit AIgenerated training content while maintaining brand consistency and instructional integrity.
Select appropriate delivery methods based on audience needs and training objectives.
Training Delivery & Facilitation:
Serve as a professional facilitator delivering instructional operational product and customerfocused training to internal teams customers and their suppliers.
Conduct live and ondemand training through virtual platforms webinars inclass sessions and recorded videos ensuring engaging and effective learning experiences.
Showcase new product & services features and enhancements to internal and external users using various formats including live demonstrations videos and documentation.
Subject Matter Expertise
Develop a deep understanding of Assents products services and solutions to effectively communicate technical concepts in training materials.
Maintain close relationships with crossfunctional teams to stay updated on product developments and customer journeys ensuring training content remains relevant and aligned with evolving needs.
Continuous Improvement & Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with key stakeholders including Customer Success Managers to align training programs with business goals enhance customer adoption and drive retention.
Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend tailored learning solutions.
Implement team evaluation strategies to measure training effectiveness and business impact sharing insights for continuous improvement.
Maintain content accuracy and relevance through ongoing analysis delivery observation and refinement particularly following product updates and releases.
Apply evidencebased feedback to refine training programs and maximize learner engagement.
Project Management
Oversee training project timelines deliverables and stakeholder communications to ensure successful implementation.
Support on team projects including updating or creating process documentation.
Additional Responsibilities
Build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support evolving training needs.
Ensure adherence to corporate security policies and best practices in all training activities.
Occasional offhours training sessions to support a global audience.
Qualifications :
We strongly value your talent and passion but it would also be nice if you had the following experience and qualifications under your belt:
Educational Background:
Postsecondary education in Adult Education Learning and Development Technical Writing Instructional Design or a related field.
Experience and Skills:
Experience in designing developing and delivering learning solutions preferably in a corporate B2B setting.
Experience with learner user experience across learning toolsets and modalities.
Experience with content authoring/creative tools.
Experience with LMS systems and/or enablement platforms is an asset.
Proficiency with ChatGPT LEAi Clueso DeScript or other AI tools for content generation is considered an asset.
Excellent writing and editing skills particularly in creating and refining slide deck presentations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in another language is a plus.
Superb interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong crossfunctional relationships.
Proven ability to drive and deliver learning solutions in a fastpaced business environment.
Strong organizational analytical problemsolving and project management skills with incredible attention to detail.
