Job Description
The Surveillance Officer is a challenging career that is for people who like investigating observing and using technology to protect the Casino.
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Operates a closedcircuit television (CCTV) system to monitor casino activities and prepare reports and logs.
- Operates software to save and preserve video coverage.
- Presents evaluations of any observed illegal activity to the proper departments and makes recommendations.
- Make recommendations and enforce state and federal regulations.
- Communicates with security and other departments using phones and radios.
- Follows policies to ensure safety and asset protection.
- Has knowledge of all slot/games procedures and Title 31.
- Maintains all logs and ensures accuracy of log entries.
- Maintains confidentiality of all Race/Casino information.
- Reports all incidents observed on shift to the Leadership.
- Comply with company regulations policies and procedures.
- Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma GED or comparable experience preferred
- Must be flexible with schedule including nights weekends and holidays as required.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- $21.00 Per Hour
