Job Description
Work for a leading manufacturer to the Aerospace and Defense industry
Summary Industrial Maintenance Mechanic
Responsible to install maintain repair adjust modify and assist in the installation and Calibration of CNC equipment mini computers micro processors and electronically controlled equipment and all devices associated with computer systems and systems of automated machines and machine tools.
Job Duties:
Troubleshoot and adjust servo systems DC drives and inverters
Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions using schematics diagrams manuals written and oral instructions
Enter software updates or modifications on CNC equipment
Use diagnostics and test equipment including oscilloscopes
Install maintain and repair AC and DC Motors
Perform Preventative maintenance
Troubleshoot electrical problems on manufacturing equipment
Locate and order repair parts assist mechanics in troubleshooting mechanical issues
Requirements
10 years maintenance experience
US CITIZEN
Ability to obtain Security Clearance
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Pay Rate range 3233 per hour
