Were seeking a highly motivated and experienced Parts Manager to lead our parts department with professionalism and precision. The ideal candidate brings deep automotive parts knowledge strong leadership skills and a customerfirst mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the parts department
Manage inventory ordering and vendor relationships
Develop and lead a highperforming parts team
Ensure toptier service to our technicians and retail customers
Monitor and achieve department goals for sales gross profit and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
3 years experience as an automotive Parts Manager (CDJR experience preferred)
Proven leadership and team management skills
Strong understanding of inventory systems
Excellent organizational and communication abilities
Passion for the automotive industry
